In the centre of the world famous Les Deux Alpes, these fantastic ski in and out 2 - 4 bedroom apartments are UNDER CONSTRUCTION. With access to the onsite swimming pool and spa, apartments come with ski locker, cave, parking and furniture included in the price.

At the foot of the slopes next to the ESF meeting point, the development will comprise 39 apartments being built to RT 2012 standards for energy efficiency and insulation.

At an altitude of 1350m that combines a glacier at 3600m, snow trapping and artificial snow techniques make this a resort where it is possible to ski in the autumn, winter and summer, ensuring owners have the ability to ski before anyone else in the Alps.

For each apartment, there are two ways of purchasing:

  • 1) Purchase as a holiday home without renting
  • 2) Purchase as a holiday home with a seasonal rental

For those that want to purchase using option (1) there is no obligation to rent and you can use it whenever you require. VAT at 20% will need to be added to the price list of these apartments if purchasing with option (1)

Within option (2) owners have the freedom to use their apartment whenever they want for up to 6 months of the year. When not using the apartment, it is then rented on the owners behalf generating an income for the owner, resulting from the rental of the property. Under this scheme the VAT at 20% is recovered at the end of construction giving final prices as shown.

It is also possible to purchase the apartment in option (1) and rent through a local agency if the owner wishes to.

With Alpe d'Huez set to connect to Les Duex Alpes in 2021 via an 18 minute telecabine, creating the third largest ski domain in France and will push the Espace Killy that includes Val d'Isere into fourth place, making Les Deux Alpes a great long term investment.
