1) Purchase as a holiday home without the need to rent

2) Purchase as a holiday home with a seasonal rental

For those that want to purchase using option 1, there is no obligation to rent and you can use the apartment whenever you wish to. Vat at 20% will need to be added to the price for these apartments, if purchasing with option 1.

Within option 2, owners have the freedom to use their apartment whenever they require for up to 6 months of the year.
