For those that want to purchase using option (1) there is no obligation to rent and you can use it whenever you require. VAT at 20% will need to be added to the price list of these chalets if purchasing with option (1) giving prices from €546,400

Within option (2) owners have the freedom to use their chalet whenever they want for up to 6 months of the year. When not using the chalet, it is then rented on the owners behalf generating an income for the owner, resulting from the rental of the property.
