Chapelle d'Abondance itself is a very pretty resort located just 80 minutes from Geneva airport and only 3 minutes drive from Chatel. Totally self sufficient it offers a wide range of shops, restaurants, cafe's, ski shops and its own ski school, all an easy 5 minute walk to the chalets.

Owing to the popularity of Chapelle d'Abondance these chalets will rent very well with returns of around 3% after agency fees are deducted. As these are new constructions, when renting it is also possible to deduct the VAT at 20% giving clients a price of €583,333 once the VAT has been reclaimed.
