For those that want to purchase using option (1) there is no obligation to rent and you can use it whenever you require. VAT at 20% will need to be added to the price list of these chalets if purchasing with option (1).

Within Option (2), owners have the freedom to use their chalet, whenever they require, for up to 6 months of the year. When not using the chalet, it is then rented on the owners behalf by the management company, generating an income for the owner. Under this scheme the VAT at 20% is recovered at the end of construction, with this figure being reflected already in the prices shown.
