For those than want to purchase using Option 1, there is no obligation to rent and you can use the apartment whenever you wish too. VAT at 20% will need to be added to the price list for these apartments, if purchasing with option 1

Within Option 2, owners have the freedom to use their apartment, whenever they require, for up to 6 months of the year. When not using the apartment, it is then rented on the owners behalf, generating an income for the owner. Under this scheme the VAT at 20% is recovered, with this being reflected already in the prices shown.

This new development is all part of the investment programme put in place by the local Vaujany authorities. The City Council announced a plan in 2016, to invest €32.5 million over the subsequent 4 years to update services and facilities for skiers and tourists alike, which include upgrading transport links, remodelling the cable car station, creation of a toboggan run, addition of  golf range and a new children's play area.

As well as fantastic skiing opportunities, Vaujany is also the ideal Summer destination, offering an exceptional mountain biking facilities, with 250km of signed posted routes, and 9 lifts open all summer, to allow ease of access around the domain. During the summer Vaujany organises weekly ( sometimes more frequently ), a walk which is open to all, to discover some of the easy routes around the Massif des Grandes Rousses, allowing families to enjoy what is on offer together.
