Within option (2) owners have the freedom to use their apartment whenever they want for up to 6 months of the year. When not using the apartment, it is then rented on the owners behalf generating an income for the owner, resulting from the rental of the property. Under this scheme the VAT at 20% is recovered and prices are as shown from €187,450. 

With Alpe d'Huez set to connect to Les Duex Alpes in 2021 via an 18 minute telecabine, creating the third largest ski domain in France and will push the Espace Killy that includes Val d'Isere into fourth place, this is an excellent time to be buying in Vaujany.
