Owing to a special authorisation granted by the Canton of Valais, non Swiss residents can purchase these apartments without the need to apply for one of the limited permits available in 2008. An offer of a 75% mortgage to those who purchase one of these apartments (subject to financial circumstances) has been agreed.

A rental guarantee of 4% of the purchase price per year will also be paid to owners of these fabulous apartments for 15 years as well as apartments coming fully furnished.

This dual season lively, vibrant and modern resort situated on a sunny plateau at a height of 1350m in the Valais region of Switzerland, is only 15 km from Sion and is linked into one of largest skiing areas in Europe and the largest in Switzerland the 5 star rated 4 Valleys.

The network of ski trails to an altitude of 3300 m caters for all levels from beginners to experts and covers some 400km of slopes and 92 lifts that link with the famous resort of Verbier. Off Piste skiing has come into its own in the 4 Valleys, commonly known here as free riding.
