The beautiful picturesque chocolate box, unspoilt 15th century village of Grimentz oozes traditional Swiss charm at every corner. Positioned at 1600m in a sunny location, in the winter one lift pass allows you to take advantage of more than 220km of snow covered slopes covering the 5 different resorts of Val d’Anniviers.

With skiing to 2900m directly from the village, the other villages are less than 20 minutes from Grimentz. There is massive investment in the area including a new high speed 6 man chair lift and there is talk of linking the other villages into one large domain.

 

With ski school and childrens day care you have the perfect opportunity to go explore.  At the end of the day why not try curling or the natural outdoor ice rink.

Less than 40 minutes from Sion Airport and under 2 hours from Geneva this romantic resort is easily accessible by car or by train to Sierre and then regular bus service to the resort.
