Following the purchase of our property in the 4 Valleys region of Switzerland a couple of summers ago, we set up Alpine Property Investments because we felt that buyers would appreciate first hand experience and advice when taking the big step in deciding to invest in a property overseas.

We were so impressed by the ease of our purchase and the value for money that we would now like to offer you the chance to purchase your own perfect place like we have.

There is a lot of information available via the internet and other sources, however we would have welcomed the opportunity to speak to someone who had already gone through the process of buying abroad, was impartial and most importantly, honest about the highs and possible lows that can be experienced when going through this exciting process. This wasn't available in one place when we were looking and feel still isn’t hence setting up Alpine Property Investments.

You pay nothing for our expert personal advice and assistance. Going to our constructors directly you pay the same price as we advertise. By signing a contract direct with the constructor, you have no legal tie to us (never give money to an Agent). This is the most advantageous situation for you, no middleman driving prices up, however someone who can offer you the advice and information you are looking for.

Should you need it we can assist you with your travel plans, book you a hotel and arrange for an English speaking local expert to act as your guide showing you properties and plots based on your budget and location requirements. We can arrange for you to visit some of our constructors properties as well as set up a meeting with the local bank for mortgages, should you wish to take one out
